The staff themselves were very nice and seemed interested in helping. However, I reported 2 light bulbs out in my room and although I was told someone wd replace them, no one did. No one refreshed the in-room coffee from day to day. Breakfast choices were very limited and not at all healthy. Computer in "business area" wd not turn on. No grounds at all to walk outside, just parking lot.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have yogurt, milk, bananas, oatmilk, hot waffles, 4 different cereals, 3 juices, muffins and sausage egg with cheese biscuits. We advertise a continental breakfast which usually consist of light fruit options and pastries. We do not advertise walking trail on premises. We are 3 miles from Hester Park which does have trails to walk. If the computer at the business did not turn on, then please report it to the front desk so they can inspect it.

Staff were very nice. Water pressure in the bathroom was awful. Room was clean and looked newly renovated. Hallways were dirty and looked like renovations may be going on, but there were no signs saying that. Breakfast was pretty skimpy.

Thank you for your feedback. We are doing slight renovations and we did schedule it on the day where we had the least amount of rooms rented. We have completed most of and hope you return to see the final result.

The bathroom floor and entry floor were sticky and had dirty spots. The dinning area ran out of coffee for 20 minutes with a full dinning area. Not enough seats in dinning area. Can you not have 2 waffle makers and 2 microwaves. Waits were very long.

Thank you for your feedback. If there were any issues with your room, please let the front desk know. You checked in during a time where housekeeping was still on premise to address any rooms issues you had. For breakfast, we do have 1 waffle maker on site and all rooms have a microwave. Our dining area, business center and lobby sits 38 people combined.
