Chose this based on reviews. Don't trust most of the reviews is what I learned. It was not clean. At all. Shower curtain was ripped. Everything was dingy and grimy. Lobby was decent. Staff was kind but probably shouldn't have let me go clean my own room. Spend the extra money- stay somewhere else.

Wife was happy!
Consistently met or exceeded our expectations. We paid a bit more for the Best Western and it was worth it. It is nice to stay where my wife was happy every step of the way.

Amazing customer service
Kindest people at the front desk. Husband had surgery and we were too tired to drive the few hours home so booked this stay. We asked the front desk upon check in if we could get the closest room pissible due to my husband being in extreme pain and hardly being able to walk, they gave us the room right next to breakfast and the front desk. Truly appreciated!

Comfortable and Convenient
We traveled to see our daughter receive her Masters from UofNoCO. It was very convenient, comfortable, gym small but I had it all to myself. Lucas was incredible. He was the only one there when we checked in and ran everywhere serving guests and checked in so many people. Always with a smile followed by can I do anything else for you? Appreciate the breakfast and a refrieg with Almond Milk that I could pour myself how much I wanted. Breakfast the first day 12/8 was much better. On Saturday eggs were cold, decaf coffee just warm, bananas a bit ripe. Please make sure serving trays stay lit and hot. Good variety though with oatmeal, waffles, juices. Could use more fruit variety. The big plus is that every staff member we encountered smiled, was kind and gracious which we really appreciated. THANK YOU!!!!

Staff was great, from front desk to breakfast staff to maid service. Everyone was courteous & very helpful, would like to tip them more but QR code app was difficult to navigate on my phone. Would stay there every time we come to Greeley.
