A simple, stylish beach house getaway in Goolwa Beach, SA!

The Space:
This well-designed beach house has everything you need for your next holiday. This inviting, humble home encourages guests to feel relaxed, comfortable and in ‘holiday mode’. From backyard cricket and picnics to twilight bonfires with wine and cheese, this house truly caters for all.
With only a very short walk to the Goolwa shopping center and a few minutes drive to the Beach, River and Goolwa Main Street, this home is situated in a perfect location for shopping, swims or lattes.

On Birchall offers guests two holiday options;
Option 1 – Main House Only, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (See separate listing)
Option 2 – Main House PLUS Bunkhouse, offers an additional 5 beds (sleeps 6 people) and kitchenette.

Holidaying in the Main House and Bunk House:
Walking through the double entrance doors and into a light, bright open plan living area guests are able to enjoy the outdoor breeze as they look directly across the road at the reserve.
There is a comfortable lounge room with plenty of seating, a large TV, ceiling fan and split system heating and cooling. The dining area has a large extendable table that can seat 6-8 people.
In the kitchen there is an electric stove and oven, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Smeg coffee bean machine, kettle and toaster. In the middle of the kitchen is an island bench with 4 bar stools and plenty of bench space.
The master bedroom is decorated with sculpture artworks from the local art gallery and has a queen size bed with under bed storage drawers, ceiling fan and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom two looks out over the back deck and includes a double bed with under bed storage drawers and a ceiling fan.
The modern main bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet.
On Birchall also includes its very own Bunk House– and what a perfect space this is! With enough room for another whole family or a teenage retreat, the Bunk House offers a flexible and comfortable holiday stay.

Bunk house Layout:
The Bunk House is designed to cater for all kinds of holidays, with its generous open plan design. This space includes 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 people.
There is a simple but very functional kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and sink. The Bunk House also includes a TV and split system heating and cooling.
Attached to the Bunkhouse is a separate laundry with a washing machine and basin and a separate toilet. Just outside is a private semi enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
There is a large decked outdoor entertaining area with downlights, deck lights and floodlights that light up the whole backyard. This area includes an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ, bar with bar stools at the kitchen window, as well as two large outdoor bean bags - what a perfect space to sit back relax and soak up those holiday vibes.
The deck leads down to a large grassed area with a fully paved and rustic fire pit area. The property has a fully fenced backyard with plenty off street parking available. Please do not park under the carport.
Boat is for landlords use only.
