Cozy cottage, big yard with trees, double carport, outdoor fireplace. In quite neighborhood. 3 bedroom 1 eclectic bathroom, good for 4-6 people. Close to historic downtown and Heritage Park River Walk. Many points of interest in and around Glen Rose. If your kids like animals alive or prehistoric: we have Fossil Rim, Dinosaur Valley, Dino World and a recently added collection of colorful dinosaur statues all around town. If you like shopping and museums, we have those. We have other activities: two 18 hole golf courses, a very popular disc golf course, the Expo center with events almost weekly and the Amphitheater with seasonal shows. We hope you come visit our town and try a couple of nights at our place. We’ll do our best to make your stay comfortable.

The house is adorable, very clean a lot of updates, fully stocked if you forget anything they will have what you need there. We enjoyed our stay although it was cut short due to a car accident they were very understanding and worked with us more than we expected. If we go to the area we will definitely stay again.

We visited the town square, watched the Fireworks on the 4th of July. Then made a trip to Grandbury. Had a good time even with Texas heat.

Glen Rose
I took my kids to the Dinosaur Valley State Park for a weekend. I found this location on VRBO to be close to where we needed to be for all of the attractions (less than 4 miles). Upon entering the home, I could tell that the property was well maintained inside as well as the outside. The inside of the home was very clean, except for the kitchen stove that had crumbs on it, as if someone had eaten there and not cleaned up. However, the rest of the home was spotless. The home was also stocked full of everything that you could possibly need. They even had snacks on the counter in a basket, as well as muffins, bottled waters, condiments in the fridge, and plenty of blankets, and towels. The beds were very clean with beautifully decorated rooms. The owners clearly put a lot into this home. The neighborhood is not the best, however no one can control that. There is a home that sits next to the VRBO which is boarded up, and a trailer across the street with a lot of stuff outside of it (junk, cars etc.) However the whole perimeter of this property is very well kept. This was a good stay for the price and proximity to the attractions.

My family and I really enjoyed this place. Some local attractions and parks were lots of fun during the day and the house was lovely and just as described. Host even left water/snacks and sweets for us upon arrival. 5 stars!

2023 Spring Break/Dinosaurs park
I took my grandson and his friend to the dinosaur state park for spring break. The house was perfectly located in Glen Rose. I house has everything that we needed to stay and then some. The owner even had charcoal and wood the we could use. The house was very clean and put together. The boys loved having the yard to outside. We would definitely recommend this place for family or couples wanting to getaway

We are coming back!
Very clean property. Well equipped...Note to self... you didn't need all that stuff you brought. Everything you need is there. Stores are very close by. Glen Rose has so much history to explore. On our next stay we hope to book this VRBO again. Host Tracie was a pleasure!
