Fantastic customer service. The staff that day, communicated with us few times just to make sure if we're okay as we have been very delayed due to train -Eurostar strike. All of the staff we meet were helpful and friendly. The hotel is well situated too,.close to everything.

Perfect location to explore Ghent from. Very close to multiple tram stops for easy access to the town. Also very close to a delicious restaurant named Pakhuis. Clean and friendly staff at the hotel and there's a luggage room to store your bags before check in and after check out.

B&B Hotel was a top notch hotel at an affordable price. Reception was kind and helpful. Room was nice and very clean. They also provide coffee, Tea and water refills. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return. Location is perfect as well!!

Wonderful stay
This place was amazing! It was so nice inside and super clean. The rooms were a good size and the bed was super comfortable. It’s in a great place if you want to visit Ghent, Bruges, and Brussels as Ghent is an hour away from both Bruges and Brussels.
