Just north of Austin, this family-friendly ranch-house offers a private slice of Central Texas and an opportunity to reconnect with family and friends. Tastefully updated throughout with high-end finishes and appliances, this four-bedroom home is designed with group gathering including indoor and outdoor living areas, games, and entertainment. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Pine finishes and furnishings throughout the sprawling, single-level interior evoke the home's pastoral setting while contemporary touches offer modern convenience and comfort. A sloping ceiling and a beautiful rock hearth frame the main living area. Sink into the plush sofa or sectional while enjoying your favorite shows or a family movie night on the wall-mounted smart TV. A second living area past the kitchen features a foosball table and a flatscreen smart TV with sofa seating.

The impressive kitchen offers plenty of cabinet and counter space, along with a full suite of updated, stainless steel appliances including dual ovens and a dishwasher. An original, inset four-burner range provides stovetop cooking and vintage charm. A breakfast nook offers seating for four while the formal dining area can accommodate up to six.

Three bedrooms can be found toward the front of the house, through the main living room, with two full bathrooms shared between them. Two bedrooms include dedicated desk/workspaces. A privacy door closes this section off from the rest of the home. The primary suite is located through the second living area and features a sitting area and luxurious en suite bath with a water closet, walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub, and vanity.

A hallway from the kitchen offers an additional half-bath, laundry facilities, and a tidy office equipped with a dedicated desk and a full-size bed, doubling as another sleeping space.

With access from both living areas, the covered patio comes fully furnished and offers a cool spot to enjoy views of the surrounding countryside.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
