I loved the location of our room at the inn, right above the pool. I also loved that you could easily walk to the marina or the store. But far enough away from crowded downtown.

Clean, close to everything you needed, but actually had no real AC. Very small wall unit( in the living room) and box fan that did not cool the condo. So if ac is important, and I have a 78° room do not stay here.

Ancient Condo
This place needs a major update and should not be rentable at the condition it is in. We happen to see other adjacent condos that were lovely and updated. The kitchen items are all miss matched and old, like spending time in a time warp from college days. The bathtub had mold/scum around it. Half a roll of toilet paper to start our stay. The t.v. never worked as it had connection problems. Only DVD in the bedroom.....who cares their DVD's around with them on vacation and it is 2020! Internet was terrible, hard to work from home when your constantly disconnected. The building is old and ugly, Love the huge blood stain on the stairwell. No social distancing with allowing major amounts of people in the pool and hot tub. Parking a boat in the dysfunctional parking lot is next to impossible. Laundry soap was not provided as stated in the welcome letter. Location was the only reason we booked here but we will avoid Sunset Resort . It really is not much of a resort. We have stayed in nicer Super 8's and Motel 6 then the condo we were in.
