Historic Cottage at Magnolia Plantation B&B Within Walking Distance to Downtown Gainesville

Nutmeg and Ginger make up the Sugar Plum cottage. They can be split into two separate cottages*, but are meant to be rented as one large cottage and are offered online as such. Sugar Plum offers a full kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer. Two bedroom (both queen size beds), two bath featuring a walk-in shower in one bathroom and large tub/shower in the second bathroom. A large sunroom also provides fantastic views of the surrounding gardens and fountains.

Sit back in a large rocking chair on the open back porch across the back of the house and enjoy the Italian fountain, brick walkways and gardens that surround the cottage.
