Room floor was dirty and there was coffee in the bathroom sink. ??? The window blinds only went half way up so I couldn’t enjoy any natural light from the window The “hot” breakfast was non existent. No eggs, the drink machine was broken, no water to make the instant oatmeal packages. No milk to be had. The one thing working/available was the waffle maker and the bottle of drizzle for the waffles was empty. I did take a package of oatmeal to my room and microwaved it there.

It wasn’t the hotel it wa travelocity who had it listed as a room with whirlpool & they don’t even have one at all, that was the reason we stayed here in 1st place

I want to sincerely apologize for the room type mix up. When we recently renovated, we took out all the whirlpool tubs and replaced them with walk-in showers. It hasn't been updated on all the third party sites yet. We hope that you otherwise enjoyed your stay. Please reach out if we can be of further assistance.

Getting Run-down, Needs Updating

We stay at Hamptons the majority of our family weekend getaways. But this one didn't live up to the Hampton usual comforts we are used to. Wifi was extremely weak. The mattresses are worn down, the mini fridge wheezed so we finally unplugged it, the TV would not power on unless you held down a couple seconds the button on the back of the TV. Cable didn't work. Elevator sounds like it needs a couple cans of WD40. The staff are nice though.

Everything we had hoped for

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, comfortable beds
We needed to stay at a motel for 5 nights so a clean room, comfortable bed and good breakfast were important. The Van Buren Hampton was great in all categories. Breakfast each morning featured a different egg entree along with biscuits & gravy, waffles and lots of other things. My husband and I both enjoyed the workout room. Our bed was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. It was also within walking distance of a Walmart for the items we needed to pick up while we were there. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Arkansas.

Unexpected

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, neat as a pin.
It’s been a while since I stayed in a Hampton Inn, but they’ve come a long way. This place was impressive.
