Nice interior 1)Cheap 1 ply 2) Water heater probably set to vacation mode to save money with no way to adjust it . Had to have on highest setting and didn’t last long 3) so they ask you to take trash out to exterior trash can; this was not only full but overflowing 4) back pour h eye sore and leaking gutters 5) flat out lied about deposit and had to call and track it down. Then they lied about hold and then it miraculously appears back to account during conversation and suspect they due this to others and don’t return deposits unless go after it 6) whom I spoke with was dishonest
