We were on the first floor and when the people who were staying above us came into their room, not only could you hear every pounding step they took, but our light fixtures that are in the ceiling would rattle. Very annoying.

I liked the grills outside and very much enjoyed having a fridge, stovetop, and everything else that was in the kitchenette. The only thing that I would like to see done differently would be having a pool and free breakfast
