Be advised that customer service front desk was rude, also when trying to contact them several times they would not answer phone at all and would rederect to operator and would never answer , bed sheets had a few blood stains that was discusting , noise on upper level they was drilling or renovating up stairs and you can hear all the renovation, over all was a horrible experience at this location

It is not something I tolerate nor except and it will be addressed. The blood on the sheets is not standard and does not typically happen. It will be addressed with housekeeping and housekeeping manager immediately. If the noise for the remodel started before 10am, I do apologize as they are not supposed to start any time before that. If it was any time after that, it is completely out of my control. Please know that your feedback is extremely valuable to us. We use feedback, such as yours, to continuously make changes to our brand to improve the guest experience. Issue checking in because Travelocity payment was done wrong. My payment to Travelocity was good- won’t use again highly overpaid. Recommend calling hotel direct for best rates
