The Staff was helpful and very friendly, the hotel is a little old but well maintained and kept very clean by the staff. They helped with pick up and delivery of our car which if you know Florence this is big. The Roof Top bar is an excellent place to rest at the end of the day with a drink with friends and family, it has a breath taking view of the Duomo and Sunsets, hotel is a winner for sure. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with out hesitation

We liked the cleanliness & location We did not like the noise (thin walls, no insulation from street noise), uncomfortable bed Will never book this hotel again, and cannot recommend it to anyone

Very tiny hotel, little bit outdated. But very clean. Located conveniently close to tram and bus stations. And in no more than 15 walking minutes from any major Florence attraction. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The staff were fairly friendly. The cleaning of the room was just OK. Seemed like they did just enough to be acceptable.

The hotel is close to the train station so quick access to other locations in Italy.
