I'm not sure how this hotel received a 4-star rating. It wasn't anything close to 4 stars! Our room had a nice view of the river, but the traffic was very loud. Too loud for a restful sleep. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the people talking in the next room. The rooms were old and outdated. Good location though!

Absolutely no complaints
I have now stayed twice at this hotel, in April 2018 and this weekend (April 2019). This year I had a better room, absolutely no complaints, except maybe that the lighting was poor (I needed it to work in the evening). The bed was comfortable, the sheets clean, the bathroom was also large (much better than the one I had last year) and the towels plentiful and clean. Staff friendly. The breakfast is OK, but I have never really found a hotel in Italy that serves excellent breakfasts!!!

Adequate hotel near Arno River Park. Decent accommodations with in room safe and fridge. But, the smallest TV that I’ve ever seen in a hotel room! A shortish bus ride to downtown. Healthy walk to historical attractions.

Keep away from this place. Beds are broken. WiFi does not work. TV just few chanels. breakfast is good. rooms are dirty. people smoke at the hall.

Staying in this hotel was something of a surreal experience. Firstly, if there is a 4 Star part of this hotel then i did not experience it. Sdcondly, forget about the advertised buffet brakfast, usually a highlight of the day. You'll be offered a coulle of sandwiches and a bottle of water in a bag. Shameful considering that many people enjoy a cup of tea or coffee to wake up to and Italy is so proud of its barista skills. On the posirive side, its a clean and comfortable budget hotel in a beautiful city. Enjoy.
