This was a great location on the lake.
Short walk to lake, marina, fishing, swim beach. Just outside of Eureka Springs and about an hour from Branson attractions. Secluded, quiet - away from the crowds yet close enough to go out for day trips and plenty to do in the area. Beautiful sunsets! Well equipped kitchen. There is an open stairway inside that leads to a downstairs with a locked door that is not part of the rental, apparently where the owners store their things. It was fine but weird that it wasn't mentioned in the listing. I would recommend this VRBO for a nice quiet getaway.
