I requested a ground floor room (or one near the elevator) . The front desk was ambivalent to me and my request. While trying to get up the stairs (very difficult for me) a female manager stoped me, helped with my bags, escorted to me to my new first floor room and apologized several times. Nice older property very well maintained reasonably priced. GT

second time staying here on drive to az. the staff is ALWAYS delightful and helpful. the property is dated and has some improvements. weird sweet cover up smell in room. beds comfy. is sufficient for over nite road trip stay
