We stay here as so convenient for the AO tennis. I keep hoping each year that there will have been a revamp of the whole place. The garden does not look like it is ever done. The bath towels were at least thick compared to thread bare ones last time. It really needs a total renovation.

I liked it was handy to trams, parks and 10 to 15. Min walk to city. Just needs a little tlc or reno in the room we were in. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely location and good price. Very misleading description of the ‘deep soak’ bath. It was tiny and the plastic moulding moved when standing in it. Couldn’t stand up under the shower head.
