Come and enjoy our 2 bedroom 2 bath Ski In Ski Out Condo located in the heart of the main plaza at Purgatory Ski Resort. This well appointed condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Curl up with a good book next to the wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), or simply enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the snow capped San Juan Mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for preparing meals. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and Boot Warmers.

The condo is a corner residence offering great views of both the mountains and the ski slopes and is located on a single level on the 4th floor with elevator access. There is a beautiful walkout deck to enjoy the amazing views of the Needles Mountain Range. This home provides the perfect base camp for all of your favorite activities - downhill skiing, cross country skiing, fishing, mountain bike riding, SUP rentals, and all the extensive summertime activities at the resort.

Pets: This property NOT is pet friendly. HOA rules prohibits pets.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

We can accommodate 1 vehicle at this condo. Additional parking is available in general parking at the resort.

Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking.

Note: This home does not have Air Conditioning. Most homes do come equipped with box and ceiling fans.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.

Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

We loved the property the location is amazing! We felt at home with everything we needed. And is easy just a couple of minutes to the ski rentals, ski lift, ski lessons, restaurant and amazing views! Beds were very confortable and everything well kept up. Súper recomendable!! 💕💕

Very clean and functional
Great condo! Everything worked properly, extremely clean, and owner went above and beyond to supply everything you could need. Proximity to the ski lifts is perfect. Only down fall is there is a lot of noise if you stay in the bedroom facing the lifts. You might hear the snowcats beeping in the middle of the night and the bedroom faces a loading dock where they start banging around at 5am some mornings.
