Alles perfekt
Es war, wie wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Schöne Umgebung und nichr weit zum Bus und zum Bäcker/Einkaufen. Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine Ferienwoche mit Stadtausflügen braucht.

Gemütlich, ruhig, zentral gelegen
Sehr zu empfehlen, wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, alles da was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Selbstverständlich muß man sich um das Essen selber kümmern. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Hunde und hatten genug Platz. Danke für den gemütlichen Aufenthalt.

Ansprechende Ferienwohnung
Ruhige Umgebung mit guter Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Nah am Wald gelegen. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Supermarkt, ein Restaurant und Bäcker. Auch ohne Auto eine gute Lage.

Tolles Appartement in schöner Lage
Gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Liegt in einer ruhigen und eher gehobenen Wohngegend. Entfernung zur Altstadt etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen grossen Balkon zum relaxen. Ideal für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Salz und Pfeffer an die man nicht unbedingt denkt waren vorhanden. Überrascht waren wir von der nächtlichen Ruhe im Haus und in der Umgebung. Von der Ferienwohnung kann man alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Ideal auch für Fahrradtouren. Nur eine Straße entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker, Fleischer und kleinen Einkaufsmarkt. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder aber dann mit Fahrrädern. Wir denken gerne an den schönen Urlaub zurück.

Auszeit zu Zweit
Wunderbare Ferienwohnung für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Blitzeblank und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht, nach den Ausflügen in die Wohnung zurückzukehren. Die Bilder die Frau Graf von der Wohnung treffen 1:1 zu. Wenn man morgens erst Zuhause gemütlich Frühstücken möchte findet für einen spontanen Einkauf zwei Straßen weiter einen Laden mit Backwaren im Sortiment. Die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn um zur Altstadt zu fahren (ca. 20min) ist beim Laden an der Hauptstraße zu finden. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig und man hört nur wenig Autos. Gerne kommen wir wieder in diese Wohnung zurück. Danke Frau Graf für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für einen Kurztrip
Wir waren mit drei Freundinnen für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Dresden. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und war für drei Personen passend (großes Bett plus Schlafsofa). Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war prima. Man sollte idealerweise über ein Auto verfügen, wenn man auch die Gegend um Dresden erkunden möchte. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum auf einer Anhöhe. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl.
