Wunderschöne Wohnung mit bester Anbindung in Richtung Stadt und Land
Die Wohnung ist eine wirkliche Perle in Dresden-Blasewitz, das mit seiner geschlossen erhaltenen Bausubstanz aus dem 19. Jahrhundert bestimmt zu den schönsten deutschen Villengegenden gehört. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Umsicht modernisiert und eingerichtet und verbindet überaus charmant altes und neues Mobiliar. Ein wunderschöner Balkon macht aus ihr eine perfekte Frühjahrs- und Sommerwohnung, der Kamin eine perfekte Herbst- und Winterwohnung. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend auch für längere Aufenthalte angelegt und bietet Möglichkeiten, sich in jeder Hinsicht und auf hohem Niveau selbst zu versorgen. Die Gegend ist sehr gut angebunden und die Straßenbahn verbindet die Wohnung ohne Umstieg ebenso schnell mit der Altstadt wie mit dem Bahnhof. Wunderschön ist die Nähe zur Natur/Elbe und zu den angrenzenden Ausflugszielen Pillnitz, Meißen, Sächsische Schweiz, etc. und bietet einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für Touren jeder Art. Die Gastgeber:innen sind äußerst zuvorkommend, verbindlich und zuverlässig, weltoffen und charmant (und dabei in gleicher Weise unaufdringlich und vertrauensvoll). In diesem Sinn ist die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlenswert für längere und kürzere Aufenthalte sowie für jung und alt.

Nie wieder
Die Wohnung war sauber und schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings hat an einigen Dingen schon der Zahn der Zeit genagt. Am ersten Abend als sich unser Sohn ins Bett legte, ist das Lattenrost samt Matraze nach unten durchgerutscht, die Auflageleiste war rausgerissen. Als wir den Vermieter darüber informiert haben, ebenso wie darüber, dass die antiken Stühle im Esszimmer angebrochen und z.T. aus dem Leim waren und die Nachttischlampen im Kinderzimmer nicht funktionieren, hat er sehr unfreundlich reagiert. Er hat die Information als Drohung aufgefasst und uns den sofortigen Auszug nahegelegt. Eine Reparatur hat er frühestens 3 Tage später in Aussicht gestellt und wollte, dass wir diese bezahlen. Erst durch die Vermittlung von Fewodirekt ging die Reparatur schneller und eine Bezahlung wurde nicht mehr verlangt. Die Stühle im Esszimmer haben wir eine Woche lang nicht genutzt, um weiteren Ärger zu vermeiden und haben zu viert mit einem winzigen Küchentisch mit schiefer Tischplatte vorlieb genommen. Fazit: Wer gern in einem Museum wohnt, wird sich wohlfühlen. Für war es kein erholsamer Urlaub.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Dresden
Die große Wohnung begeistert durch die gute Lage - nämlich ruhig und doch nah an einer Haltestelle, sodass man in ca. 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor dem Haus. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein großer Supermarkt. Der Check-in läuft unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt (2 Schlafzimmer). Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein innenliegendes sehr großes Bad mit WC, zwei Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne sowie viel Platz. Zum zweiten Schlafzimmer gehört ein sehr kleines Bad mit WC, Dusche und einem Gästewaschbecken, welches doch zu viel "Gematsche" führt. Bei mancher Türklinke hatte man ein wenig Bedenken, ob man diese nicht mal "in der Hand" hat. Bettwäsche, Handtüchr, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden, des Weiteren Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Bei etwas höheren Temperaturen lässt es sich sicherlich auch sehr nett auf dem Balkon sitzen. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer lässt sich ausziehen, sodass man auch mit 6 oder mehr Personen (je nach vorhandenen Sitzgelegenheiten) bequem sitzen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert. Fragen wurden schnell geklärt.

Herrlicher Dresden-Urlaub im Herbst
Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie und haben uns eine Woche lang richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung umgarnt einen durch ihren Stil, die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Elbe ist fantastisch. Man ist sowohl schnell in der Stadt als auch im Grünen. Auch (oder gerade?) im Herbst sehr empfehlenswert.
