We offer a beautiful apartment in Dresden near Pillnitz, in a quiet location at the edge of the forest. An ideal place for hikers and families looking for relaxation in nature! The Meixmühle is a central point for hiking in the beautiful Schönfelder Hochland!
For example, you reach after about 25 minutes walk, through the summer cool pleasant Friedrichgrund, the castle Pillnitz and the nearby station of the Elbdampfer. From here you can choose by boat to Saxon Switzerland or Meissen your destinations. Or take the bus and explore the Dresden area!
The Schönfelder Hochland can also be explored from us! For inquisitive people there are in the village the small farmer museum Reitzendorf! Many trails are also passable with the stroller and thus also for the little ones a nice experience.

The apartment has a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. TV and Wi-Fi are available! If required, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair available.

Immer wieder gerne! Super Gegend zum Erholen und Entspannen. Die Ferierienwohnung war liebevoll eingeerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Familie Friebel aufgenommen. Die familiere Art und Unterhaltung mit jedem Einzelnen der Familie hat uns sehr erstaunt und natürlich sehr gefreut. Die Sächsische Schweiz bietet sowohl landschaftlich als auch kulturell höchstes Niveau. Wer die kleine Wohnung mietet sollte wissen, dass es aus Platzmangel keinen Schrank gibt. Aber die Wohnung ist absolut top.

Gute Unterkunft in schöner Lage
Wir haben früher oft in der Meix-Mühle Rast gemacht und waren überrascht, dass es da jetzt auch schöne Ferienwohnungen gibt. Was uns noch mehr gefreut hat, ist die Tatsache, dass hier Hunde willkommen sind! Das Objekt liegt abseits von Lärm und Trubel der Großstadt, obwohl diese in kürzester Zeit und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist. Die Lage am oberen Ende des Friedrichsgrundes ist einmalig! Allerdings sollte man sich auch bewusst sein, dass es in einem Wandergebiet auf einem direkten Wanderweg und über einer (derzeit geschlossenen) Gaststätte liegt, was in der (Haupt-)Wandersaison dann doch zu einigem Begängnis führt. Sehr gut hat uns die Lage und das Objekt selbst gefallen (waren ja außerhalb der Saison da ;-)). Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig, stimmig und schön eingerichtet. Allerdings kommen wir hier auch zu einigen Kritikpunkten: Ein Schrank zur Aufbewahrung von persönlichen Sachen ist leider nicht vorhanden (nur eine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Bügel gibt es). Es ist in der Wohnung sehr hellhörig und die Wohnungstür ist zwar alt und schön anzusehen, hat aber dadurch leider keine dicht schließende Funktion, was uns ein wenig gestört hat, da hier selbst die kleinsten Geräusche nach außen dringen. Die Matratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse (58 und 95 kg) zu weich, aber das ist ja jedem persönlich überlassen. Zur Ausstattung der Küche muss angemerkt werden, dass ein großer Topf (für Nudeln oder Kartoffeln) wünschenswert wäre, sonst ist hier alles vorhanden. Trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wiederkommen!
