- Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet time is observed from 10 PM to 6 AM.
- Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in a $500 fee, and noise complaints may incur a $100 fee per complaint.
- Smoking indoors is prohibited, with a $500 fee for violations.
- Please keep the property clean and dispose of trash properly. Leaving trash outside the entrance may result in a $100 penalty.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises, with a $250 penalty for violations.
- Any damage to the property will result in charges deducted from your security deposit or booking account.
- Before checkout, please ensure all lights, A/C, water, and gas/stove are turned off, and the door is locked.
