When we first got the room one of the beds had blood stains on it. But when brought up to staff they were quick to fix the problem and brought in a new mattress! The view of the mountains from the room was amazing!

The room and facilities were very, very nice. Cinnamon buns were overcooked, but that is minor. The staff was excellent - especially Thomas, the night auditor. My husband was lost in the area, very tired and sore from helping our daughter move into a new apt. We are in our 80's (I was at hotel). Thomas not only gave him directions but stayed on the line until he was safely back. He went up and beyond and we are so grateful.

I use the hotel for business travel.Check out time is 12 noon. At 8 am, house keeping agressively banged on the door wanting me to vacate so they could clean the room. This is not why I stayed there. I had work that I intended to do before I checked out. I had to do my computer work in the car. The guy at the front desk thought this was no big deal. I will stay somewhere else so as to not interupt your cleaning schedule. Jerry Story. Norman International
