Not a genuine happy camper with Hotel.com
The Hampton Inn is a first class choice for a stay. However on this site of Hotel.com /Expedia merging App it fail to offer it to me. Therefore I was force to finally book a lesser quality Hotel that I really didn’t desire to stay. Then all of a sudden, once I locked it in. Then appears on the site offering The Hampton Inn as a choice. I then requested a cancellation and a refund so that I could lock in Hampton Inn as my choice of stay. Hotel.com since then has fail to reimburse my $285.64 paid out to them for a booking that I didn’t use for my stay. So I guess I’m just out of $285.64 from a scam from Hotel.com I strongly don’t recommend the use Hotel.com and its merging App for and of your Traveling needs.

Hotel is starting to show its age needing some updating and remodeling Carpets, wallpaper, pillows TVs, plus it seems like this location has become a party spot, other guests running the halls pounding on doors slamming doors all day and night, all seems like it’s a hang out for co workers
