It’s a really good hotel. Great swimming pool and the the beach is across the street if it’s not raining. The staff is excellent. There was a chairman’s celebration with music, and I’ve found very kind them to prepare that for guests. The only thing is the staff could have more restaurants to recommend and have more information to support guests, e.g. I wanted to buy a polish nail remover and the were unable to explain where I could find it. This isn’t an issue only in this hotel, but overall in Vietnam.
