"The entire guest services team at this hotel is above and beyond, by far the best I’ve experienced. I was with my 81 yr old grandmother who has a breathing condition and she moves slowly. We arrived after midnight or close to it, and we got checked in within a couple minutes. Mr. Helms and Mrs. Gabby were an absolute delight! They were very welcoming, engaging, accommodating, kind, and the type of people you just want to be around to soak up their energy because you can’t help but smile! I’m very blonde and lose everything, don’t have sense enough to get out of the rain, and of course, misplaced my key fob and everything else. Mrs. Alex helped me out and got it safely returned to me. She also offered wonderful recommendations and directions for anything I asked about, always with a smile and kindness. The breakfast staff were welcoming and kind and actually made sure the guests were taken care of, not like most places, where the guests are in their way and it’s refreshing to see it from all tiers of the guest services. I’ll venture out to speculate that there is very solid management over this property because good managers hire and retain people that are excellent at their jobs, and these guys all are exactly just that! We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns and Hilton properties all over this country and this one takes the cake in guest services for us! Karen and Kevin are bound to show up sooner or later, just remember: not my circus, not my monkeys!!!! "
