Just outside of Tacoma lies the beautiful, quiet suburb of Kent. Though this bedroom community is part of the Seattle–Tacoma–Bellevue metropolitan area, Kent has the feel of small town with all the opportunities of city life and is especially popular with nature lovers. Walk the lush Soos Creek Trail or the tree-shaded paths of Clark Lake Park, or visit the stunning Lake Wilderness Park, a favorite for picnic-goers. In just a short drive, you can reach the Soos Creek Botanical Garden & Heritage Center, the Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden, the Seattle Aquarium, the Frye Art Museum, and many more attractions. This beautiful home features bright bedrooms and living spaces with oversize windows, updated kitchen and bathrooms with tons of storage, and a lovely outdoor area with a covered porch. 

THINGS TO KNOW

• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• Please note that this is a 2 story home. There are stairs only (no elevator).
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.

• In the event that you plan to bring your furry friend(s), please note that we charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 for your first pet and $250 per additional pet and have a limit of 2 pets max. See our host profile for breed restrictions.
