To enhance your experience in this coastal haven, an additional private heated outdoor shower has been added which allows you to conveniently rinse off the sand after your leisurely beachcombing or refreshing dip in the inviting waters and for your ultimate convenience, a washing machine is housed in the alfresco kitchen cupboard. These thoughtful additions ensure your stay remains effortless and comfortable, allowing you to fully embrace your time in this idyllic outdoor haven nestled just a stone's throw from the coastal shores and immersing you in the heart of beachfront living. Rest assured with one parking spot on the property and additional street parking, you'll have no trouble finding suitable parking arrangements for your stay!

Pets
Pets are considered on application and incur an additional fee.
Approval for pets is provided on a case-by-case basis and subject to the pet clause as per agency booking terms and conditions.
Please note that although we happily accommodate your furry friends, pets are not allowed inside the main caravan. However, we offer a fully fenced yard for their enjoyment, along with a charming mini caravan exclusively for their use. This ensures your pets have their own comfortable space to relax, guaranteeing a delightful stay for both you and your four-legged companions.

You will be provided with detailed instructions to get you acquainted with your camper and its quirks.
Please note the caravan allows a max of 2 adults; the single bunk bed being offered is not comprised of standard size single beds; instead, it features kid-sized beds only and is exclusively intended for individuals aged 12 years or younger. Please consider this information before making the booking to ensure these specific requirements are met or contact our office for more information.

The campervan you're renting is located in the backyard of a private property with a main house. While you have exclusive access to the caravan and its backyard area, other guests may be renting the main house during your stay. Both the caravan and main house have separate entrances and outdoor spaces, and there are no shared communal areas unless both parties agree to do so during their stay.

Firewood is not provided. Instructions on how to start a fire and what to use and not to use are available in your guest area from where a “Firewood Starter Pack” and “Campfire Starter Pack” can be purchased as additional booking options along with other upsells.

This property provides complimentary WIFI, and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details or will be available at the property. Please note, however, that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

1. The account holder submitting the booking needs to be in occupancy of the premises during the full term of the tenancy.

1a. Groups within the age range 17 to 25 years of age please enquire first.

2a. The property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires a Guest Registration Form, photo IDs of all guests 16 and above and is subject to the agency booking Terms & Conditions for holiday lettings.

2b. The caravan allows a max of 2 adults; the single bunk bed being offered is not comprised of standard size single beds; instead, it features kid-sized beds only. Consequently, it is best suited for young children and is not suitable for individuals older than 05 years of age. Please consider this information before making the booking to ensure these specific requirements are met or contact our office for more information.

3. The property has noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines. Our properties do not allow bucks, hens, schoolies, or any kind of celebration gatherings.

4a. Our properties are not serviced, they provide supplies & guest amenities as starter packs, usually sufficient for a weekend; if you are planning to stay longer, please BYO.

4b. Firewood Starter Packs, Travel Cots, High Chairs and more are available as additional booking options for guests from the agency guest portal which guests will gain access to after completion of the guest registration process.

5. The cleaning and management fee is subject to a 1.5x increase for Sunday check-ins and a 2.5x increase for public holiday check-ins. For 2-week bookings, the cleaning fee is doubled and extended stays beyond two weeks require a mandatory fortnightly cleaning service billed to the guest with optional linen changes for an extra charge.
