Could use new pillows in the rooms they are too flat and worn Shower curtains need replaced th some in our room has mold on it Breakfast choices we juts cereal and toast been there before and had more of selection with fruit and bagels

We were there for two nights, the first night was fine, no problems. We informed them we had two service dogs with us. The second night my wife was taking out service dogs out to the bathroom and while waiting for the elevator a gentleman got out of the elevator and got to close to my wife so her service dog was doing his job and trying to keep him from getting to close to her so he jumped at him. The gentleman then went to his room and called the front desk saying that he was trapped in the elevator because of my pets

This Hotel Has a pool, and a Hot Tub, nice, but the room was way to cool to cold, told the front desk and did seam to care.
