We would like to give kudos to the hotel staff and employees especially Daniella. When we had some issues upon arrival, we spoke to Daniella who listened to us attentively and did her best to resolve the situation. She acted swiftly and efficiently and had made our stay so comfortable and satisfied. Daniella is very friendly and provided a lot of information regarding sightseeing and dining. She is a real asset and we are very grateful for her kindness and assistance.

The apartment was great. Large and clean. The bed was big and comfy. We appreciated the coffee pods and soap- nice touches. The tv works with Netflix. Great location. Highly recommended.

Close to everything. Staff were very helpful taking us directly to the apartment and sharing information for local sights and restaurants. Rita was great at check-in. Internet worked very well. The apartment seemed to have only a/c .... no heating so it might be a bit cold in the winter. But was well insulated.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and appealing. There are a lot of stairs to get to the location, but it was worth it. We did the check in via the Oslo hotel and they were very helpful, showing us go-to places on the map. Parking is also next to the Oslo hotel. There is a lot of action at night, but there are triple window shutters that help block some noise. The bed is comfortable, however, the pullout bed was not so comfortable.
