Very nice property
This was perfect for our extended family with plenty of room. It was a close walk to the beach. For some of the children, it was their first beach experience. Thanks so much to our hosts for allowing us to make this happen.

Cocoa Beach Getaway
We had a great stay at this property and renting both sides was perfect for our large family. The neighborhood was so cute with a short walk to the beach or a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants. The owners were so friendly and quick to get back to me if I had any questions. The supplies for the beach were awesome . . . lots of toys, chairs and boogie boards. My only critique is that the beds were really firm. Maybe that is just a preference thing. Overall, such a great stay . . . we would definitely book here, again!
