upon arriving at the hotel at 11:30 PM, I was shocked to find that there was no staff available to open the door. Instead, a sign indicated that the staff was out, along with a phone number to call. Despite multiple attempts, nobody answered the phone, leaving me stranded outside the hotel.
As a result, I had no choice but to book an alternative hotel for the night. This unexpected inconvenience not only caused considerable stress but also led to additional expenses that were not part of my initial travel plans, i contacted expedia asking for refund, but expedia told me that the manager refused to refune my money.
