Desk lady was very helpful, kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower valve needs to be replaced. Breakfast is basically a snack. All and all for the price it was good.

Katie is excellent at customer service and knowledgeable of the area. I really enjoyed meeting her. I was very pleased with how clean our room was. I enjoyed the coffee at breakfast. That said, I would suggest the following improvements: the pillows could be a bit softer, the ice machine needs cleaned, and I would have liked a protein choice for breakfast. For example, boiled eggs or sausage biscuit. Bagels and cream cheese would be good as well. However, I would stay there again for sure!
