The rooms were nice and clean and the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The shower was a little weird, because the door does not close for handicap purposes and it’s considered a roll out shower. It leaked water all over the bathroom, which not only made a mess, but also made the floors slick and dangerous to stand on. I thought the pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was very nice. The beds were a little more firm than I like, but not a deal breaker and we still got a good night’s sleep. All in all, were pleased with our stay.

The tvs were not working. After we found that it was not working the front desk lady told is that they had been having problems for two days. They did not tell us before hand and then are unable to refund any money to Travelocity for the room we do not want.

When checked in with service dog after a reservation, front desk attendant questioned me about my service dog and after telling him his task he then went on to talk to me passive ggressively about my service dog and how people falsely claim service dogs i had enough and said I will not put up with this and will find another place, and was told i won’t get a refund, even though i didn’t check in. Currently being charged for the evening even though left to avoid confrontation and poor customer service. Never have had any issues in past with any other hotel . Lost my business for future.
