Some of the staff were nice. But my room which was a very long walk from reception never opened resulting in a return journey at least once a day to get my card reset. There was no wifi in the room and the damp was bad in the bathroom. Eventually I changed rooms as there was a loud vibrating noise coming through the wall and the second room was better albeit the keycard still never worked. I also had fuel stolen from my car during the first night. Clearly this isn't the hotels fault but after raising it with them I never heard anything back
