How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Providenciales
Your journey to Providenciales kicks off as soon as you’ve satisfied all the security checks. We’ve compiled a list of handy tips to ensure you get through quickly:

  • Have your boarding pass and travel ID somewhere handy. They’ll be the first things you’ll be instructed to produce by airport security.
  • You’ll have to stop the music for a short while. Headphones must be taken off and placed in a tub for X-raying. The same goes for items such as coins and keys.
  • Laptops, digital cameras and other electronic devices must be placed in a tray to be X-rayed.
  • When you get to the security checkpoint, you’ll be asked to put all creams, liquids and gels in a separate bin for inspection. Make sure they’re all in containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Consider the type of footwear you want to fly in. Slippers are awesome because they’re a piece of cake to slip out of for the airport security checks. Try wearing a pair on your next flight!
  • Multi-tools and corkscrews are not permitted on board the plane. Tuck them away in your checked luggage to avoid them being confiscated at the airport security checkpoint.
