The apartment is located on the second floor of the residence.

It consists of a main room with full equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer-dryer, ceramic hob, built-in oven, fridge), dining table and living room (convertible sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail, and a separate toilet.

An umbrella bed with additional mattress and a baby chair are also available.

It also has a 2nd basement cellar to store ski equipment in particular.

An elevator serves all of the floors, cellar included.

30m from the apartment, in front of the carousel, you will find a bus stop. The free shuttle runs every 15 or 30 minutes depending on the period and goes around the city.

The cable cars going up to the Cirque du Lys (ski area in winter, hiking and mountain biking in summer) are 300m away.

Un emplacement central sur Cauterets
Le studio est tres fonctionnel et bien garnis, l'immeuble est bien placé dans le centre ...il faudrait juste régler les extracteurs (de mon point de vue) un peu plus finement pour que le débit soit plus faible en extraction car bien que le logement ne soit pas tres grand, il en devient difficile a chauffer malgre les 3/4 convecteurs + mini poele electrique (1800W) ce qui constitue un gaspillage inutile ...et ma femme (assez frileuse) etait tres surprise a l'arrivee de la T

Decevant, mal entretenu
L'appartement n'était pas conforme à nos attentes : loin d'être rénové (alors que l'état des lieux est envoyé à l'avance par le propriétaire avec la consigne de le lire avec attention), il nécessiterait d'être rafraîchit (peintures, mobilier). Nous avons dû faire le ménage avant de nous installer, les vitres étaient sales et la poussière omniprésente, la vaisselle est faite de récupération et parfois cassée. Le lit parental a vécu, les couettes et alèses nécessiteraient d'être lavées, la pièce borgne destinée aux enfants n'est pas cloisonnée jusqu'en haut et ne constitue pas une chambre mais plutôt coin couchage dans le couloir. Nous ne nous sommes pas retrouvés avec la description et avons trouvé le prix trop élevé au regard de ces prestations. L'appartement est situé

Très bon séjour.
Long weekend passé au printemps, en basse saison. L'appartement profite de grandes fenêtres et est placé idéalement en centre ville. Il est très bien équipé, notamment la cuisine. Des espaces de rangement pour les vêtements seraient un plus.

Appartement bien placé et bien équipé . En revanche, la communication sur le contrat, le ménage à faire et les différents interlocuteurs pour récupérer les clés sont compliqués. Le principe du menage fait par les locataires en fin de séjour, pour les futurs locataires est à revoir... le logement était sale, et avec le covid je ne trouve pas ca sérieux !
