Welcome to the Cozy Retreat, your home away from home in Casselberry / Orlando, FL! Our newly renovated 4 bedroom, 7 bed, 2 bathroom space is suitable for up to 13 guests! This cozy, farmhouse, spacious home has everything that you need for an unforgettable stay! Enjoy a movie or your favorite series in the large living room with the 65” SMART TV and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, plus local channels. Take advantage of the free high speed internet and catch-up on work, or play video games on the full size Marvel Arcade, while your favorite meal is being prepared in our fully equipped kitchen! Enjoy the outdoors on the patio complete with large pergola with sunshade, seating for 11, hot tub and gas grill. The kids will not want to leave the spacious 18' x 9' x 52" above ground pool! Or catch up on your rest and rejuvenate in our comfortable rooms!

The house is ideally located less than 6 miles from the Winter Park, less than 12 miles from downtown Orlando, and just under 30 miles from I-Drive & Disney! Casselberry Wedding Accommodation
We booked Jeremy's home in Casselberry for my our granddaughter's wedding in Winter Park for 9 adults. By making previous arrangements with Jeremy we were able to host a rehearsal dinner celebration. The pictures in the listing are exactly as the home is. The house is very spacious, wonderfully decorated, very well maintained and extremely comfortable. We, and our guests, enjoyed the outdoor area and hot tub as well. Any issues that we encountered were immediately taken care of by Jeremy. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The only thing negative that I can mention is the lack of some basic kitchen utensils (hand mixer, cheese grater, metal tongs). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we found the location perfect for our needs. We would highly recommend this rental for families or couples. We would not hesitate to rent this property again. Thank you, Jeremy.

Absolutely wonderful! We brought my parents and my husband’s parents to visit our son in his new town of Winter Springs/Casselberry area. Highly recommend this place! Host is kind and attentive. Everything was as advertised! Very clean and decorated really nice! Beds were so comfy. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool but the back yard was great for family time sitting under the pergola lights at night! We plan to return for our next visit! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had a great and relaxing stay. The house is very clean and pictures do not donut justice. The master bath is awesome! My dog had a blast in the back yard and they even had balls for him to play with. Would definitely stay here again. And Jeremy the host was so helpful🤗 TYoung

Beautiful renovated home.
Everything was fabulous in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wall air conditioners worked well. Master bathroom AMAZING. The waterfall shower was a real treat. A few small issues: master bedroom barn door wouldn’t stay open which was a huge problem for my blind dog. Also, the grass outside was terrible. No real grass at all, none of the neighbors had normal grass either. The grass was all burned and dry which was horrible for my dogs. They refused to walk on it which made it extremely difficult. Other than those few issues, the house was good and cozy.

Fantastic house!!!
This is a beautifully remodeled home with a “farm house” style interior and all new kitchen appliances. It’s super clean and it was perfect for our 7 adults attending UCF graduation. The neighborhood felt very safe, even met a few of the neighbors, and was great for a morning jog. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.
