Very nice hotel. Clean with a new feeling. The shower is great, with top shelf brands of bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, mounted on the shower wall; a very nice idea. Nice refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, with Green Mountain coffee pods, both regular and decaf, and the same for the supplies tea bags. Friendly staff, with several "Merry Christmas" greetings when we would meet in the lobby or hallways. Nice, firm bed, very comfortable with great smooth and clean bed linens. I'd not hesitate to stay again.

I reserved a wheelchair access with walk-in shower. I got a standard double queen room. The door couldn't possibly be operated by a wheel chair bound person. I arrived at 3 pm and they said their wheelchair access room was occupied. It's bait and switch.
