Great place to stay when traveling by bus as it is close to the bus station. The staff is extremely helpful in any way imaginable. Breakfast was excellent. Shower a little cold, but O.K. Total comfort otherwise.

Falta de transparência e despreparo de alguns
Um pouco descontente dado a alguns fatos! 1º Da primeira de duas noites que passei, ao chegar de um compromisso, a minha chave não funcionava na porta e, imediatamente liguei para a portaria, via celular e o senhor de óculos que estava na recepção disse que eu teria que descer para ele me fornecer outro cartão. Estava com objetos pesados e cansado, mas tudo bem, eu precisava entrar no quarto. Fui até a recepção e peguei outro cartão. Ao entrar no quarto, já se passava de 14h e o mesmo não estava arrumado, sendo que ao sair, eu solicitei ao mesmo colaborador a limpeza da suíte. Ao entrar, liguei e o mesmo me pediu desculpas. Afim de não causar problemas, deixei para eles fazerem a arrumação mais tarde, pois, precisava de um banho e queria descansar. Cheguei às 22h e o mesmo já estava arrumado. O estacionamento do hotel é pequeno e muitos que chegam tarde precisam deixar o carro no estacionamento em frente , descoberto e de chão batido. Uma colaboradora me orientou e eu deixei o carro no local. Na segunda noite, optei em deixar o carro na rua, pois o local em frente ao hotel além de estar cheio e difícil para estacionar devido à terra .No dia 26 ao fazer o checkout, me surpreendi com a tarifa de estacionamento que me foi cobrada por uma noite no estacionamento de frente ; não me foi comunicado que o estacionamento era pago; mesmo sendo dez reais, achei totalmente descortês por parte da Adm cobrar pernoite. Art. 66 CDC Fica a dica aos futuros hospedes. No mais, tudo certo!
