Gostei muito do Hotel. Funcionários muito educados, quarto bonito, limpo e arejado. Apenas acho que deveria ter pelo menos uns 2 copos no quarto para beber água e 1 para colocarmos as escovas de dente. E travesseiros de melhor qualidade.

Hotel maravilhoso! Tudo novo, quarto exatamente ao que está nas fotos, muito confortável! Recreação é ótima, com profissionais muito bons! Minhas filhas amaram todos!! Comida muito gostosa! Por estar calor, as piscinas estavam com temperatura perfeita! Acesso livre ao parque aquático ao lado mas por ser época de final de ano, estava muito lotado, ficamos só nas piscinas do hotel mesmo. Gostamos muito e já queremos voltar!

Bom Hotel
Hotel é bem novo e a estrutura é ótima além de ficar ao lado do parque aquático. Os atendentes e funcionários do hotel são muito prestativos e nos ajudaram quando solicitado. Mas o que incomoda bastante no hotel é a abordagem da empresa que tenta vender cotas dos quartos, eles ficam em todo o hotel oferecendo os serviços aos hóspedes. Comida tinha uma boa variedade e era boa, só deveria ter uma forma de disponibilizar o buffet longe da entrada do restaurante para não ficar a fila né na porta de entrada.

Estadia muito boa, hotel bem limpo e novo, ao lado do parque aquático, prático para ir com as crianças, importante que podemos consumir no parque apenas usando a pulseira do hotel, o débito vai direto para o quarto, muito prático. Água da piscina climatizada e espaço kids bem agradável, além das interações e brincadeiras com as crianças, piquenique, etc. staff bem educado, refeições com boas opções também. Pontos de melhorias, restaurante precisa colocar máquina de refil nas bebidas, guaraná, coca etc…como vemos nos resorts do nordeste, todos os hóspedes terem que pegar a garra de 2 litros abrir e servir, isso gera tempo gerando fila além da higiene de ficar abrindo e fechando as garrafas, isso é apenas uma sugestão, pq a refeição é ótima e espaço suficiente. Outro ponto de atenção é o estacionamento, cheguei a noite do passeio na cidade, fui nos dois estacionamentos do hotel e não tinha vaga, tive que parar o carro no hall, descer e ir na recepção pegar um QRcode para estacionar no estacionamento do parque (ao lado). Sugestão ter um valet ou um funcionário para orientar quem chega ao hotel no check in, não sabia onde podia parar, tive que descer e ir perguntar na recepção para só depois ir estacionar e descer com as malas. No geral a estadia foi ótima. Nota 9, voltarei com certeza com a minha família, só reforcei alguns pontos de melhorias.
