The Manager Nikki was helpful and courteous. The property is being renovated and has cracks in the floor. The bathroom is extremely small.

When we got there the front desk clerk/manager was very friendly begging us to do a review for the hotel. We said we would. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. However upon staying in the room....the bed was very uncomfortable woke up with a terrible back ache, the pool and hot tub was out of order. This is one of the reasons we picked the copper hotel was to be able to use the pool and hot tub. We were supposed to stay two days... however we had to cut our trip short due to unforseen circumstances and the copper hotel refused to give a refund for the unused night. Not happy will not recommend them in the future

As soon as you walk in the room you get this horrible smell. The bed was horrible and lumpy. The pillows were so fluffy that it never provided support. The toilet was horrible and couldnt flush. The sink took a bit to get water out. Seat was broken on 1 side. The room isnt anywhere near the price we had to pay
