Despite being quite comfortable there were a few problems with the advertising of the place. The property description suggested washing and drying machine with the apartment we found we had to pay fir drying in a separate area. This also needed coins that fortunately the door guy was able to give us. Despite offering “free wifi” we were only given 2 vouchers for 5 of us in 2 apartments.
We cancelled our stay in January. We were charged for this booking. They say we did not cancel. If we did not cancel, why did we get an email in January confirming this issue?
Worst service ever!
No manager available all weekend, no linnen change, not told ajoining room was a dual key with no sound proofing , very noisy ,3 story walk up no lift,the room needs a full renovation
