Für ein Wochenende ok.
Alles in allem ok, Einrichtungen rustikal und in die Jahre gekommen. Geschirr zusammen gesucht, jedoch für jeden etwas da. Stühle funktionieren, die Sitzflächen allerdings sehr fleckig.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung
Es war das erste mal das ich über FeWo eine Buchung getätigt hatte. Rundherum war ich zufrieden mit der Buchung und auch mit der Wohnung selbst. Sauberkeit und Inventar waren vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Es sind zwar nicht die neuesten Möbel, aber es hat seinen eigenen Charme. Was vielleicht noch erwähnt werden sollte, ist das bei der Anmeldung noch eine Kaution hinterlegt werden muss und eine Kurtaxe fällig ist. Die Information hat ein wenig gefehlt. Auch das Wlan ist wie in Kommentaren vorher schon erwähnt ziemlich mager. Wer aber wirklich eine Auszeit vom Alltag und Zeit für sich und die Familie haben möchte, der wird hier definitiv das richtige Angebot haben. Sollte ich wieder in diese idyllische Gegend fahren, werde ich wieder diese Wohnung haben wollen.

Schöner Urlaub trotz Schietwetter
Wir haben hier mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern einen schönen Silvester Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben sich auf Ihrer Etage ganz oben sehr wohl gefühlt. Schlechten Geruch konnten wir nicht feststellen. Auch mit dem Duschen hatten wir keine Schwierigkeiten. (Baden haben wir nicht versucht) Der zweite Schlüssel fehlt allerdings immer noch. Was bei einem sehr einfachen Stahlschlüssel den man für wenige Euros im Baumarkt kopieren kann in der tat ein bisschen albern ist. Einige Glühbirnen müssten auch mal getauscht werden. Das das Schwimmbad zu Hatte war nicht so schön. Dies war durch die Corona Schutzverordnung nämlich keineswegs so zwingend erforderlich. Da wäre zumindest eine Info nett gewesen. Das man nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken kann ist bei An und Abreise zwar nervig aber kein Drama. Die kostenlose Spielscheune ist wiederum der Hammer wenn man mit Kids unter 14 unterwegs ist. Wir hatten fast durchweg Regen und konnten so die Kids gut beschäftigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das positive vorweg, die Gegend ist echt schön. Das Haus ist leider schon sehr verwoht. Wir hatten in den Betten noch Chips und etliche schwarze Haare der Vormieter, komische Flusen und Blutflecken. Die Gläser, Tassen etc. mussten von uns vor Benutzung noch gereinigt werden, da diese extrem dreckig waren und muffig gerochen haben. In der Dusche war extrem viel Schimmel, das heiße Wasser hielt für 4 Minuten. Die Badewanne war somit nicht nutzbar. Für 6 Personen hatten wir einen einzigen Haustürschlüssel. Ich warte aktuell noch immer auf eine Stellungnahme der Vermieter...

Auf den ersten Blick OK aber...
Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (4 und 7) für einen Kurzurlaub von Freitag bis Sonntagabend in Butjadingen. Grundsätzlich entspricht das Haus im Seepark der Beschreibung und die Ausstattung ist gut. Mit vier Personen hat man ausreichend Platz. Alle Einrichtungen in der Umgebung sind gut zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist so angelegt, dass zwischen den Häusern keine Autos fahren. Man muss auf dem Schirm haben, dass man unter Umständen sein Gepäck recht weit transportieren muss. Was auf uns zutraf. Hier hatte man die Möglichkeit an der Rezeption Flachwagen oder Bollerwagen zu leihen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Haus sauber. Was aber schnell auffällt ist, dass es im ganzen Haus extrem unangenehm riecht. Ich vermute, dass der Geruch von vielen Mietern mit Hund kommt. Alle Gegenstände im außenliegenden Abstellraum, inkl. der Stuhlkissen, konnten nicht genutzt werden da es in dem Raum bestialisch gestunken hat… auch hier liegt die Vermutung nah, dass dieser Geruch von Hunden herrührt. Uns war nach der Beschreibung bewusst, dass es sich um ein Haus handelt in dem Hunde willkommen sind. Wir waren auch schon in einigen Häusern wo dies der Fall war. Hier allerdings waren die Auswirkungen extrem. Alle nicht Hundebesitzer sollen sich bewusst sein, dass man sofort riecht, dass Hunde anwesend waren und alle Kleidungsstücke diesen Geruch auch schnell annehmen. Des Weiteren waren die Matratzen nicht mehr die Neusten und ziemlich dünn und ausgelegen. Fazit: Butjadingen ist ein schöner Ort und sehr gut für Familienurlaub geeignet. Der Seepark liegt sehr günstig und man kann alle Einrichtungen gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wegen der mangelnden Hygiene würden wir beim nächsten Mal allerdings ein anderes Haus wählen in dem keine Haustiere erlaubt sind.

Sehr schönes Haus und Umgebung
Das Haus ist für 6 Personen wirklich gut geeignet. Die Kinder lieben die Betten unter dem Dach. Der Weg zur Nordsee ist wirklich kurz und die Spielscheune sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Wirklich blöd war, dass das Schwimmbad gerade repariert wurde und somit für uns nicht zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben eine Entschädigung erhalten, das hat wirklich super geklappt (Daumen hoch). Aber das hat unseren Plan schon sehr durcheinander gebracht. Auf der Homepage gab es keinen Hinweis dazu, daher die Sterne Abzug.
