The gps led us astray. But we were welcomed by a fantastic staff member. I was checking in with my daughter and he (Sam I think? Might be wrong, tall, glasses, little blonde piece at the front of his low cut hair) was so friendly with her. Most people don’t bother. We usually stay somewhere else in the area regularly for our cross border shops, he likely has us converted to here. It’s also fairly recently renovated compared to others in the area. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it smelled lovely, and we meant to have a before bed bevy but she was tuckered. Next time we will for sure try it!

It may be because it’s winter but the property didn’t look as clean as the last time I stayed. The room was not vacuumed when I arrived there were candy wrappers on the floor and the hot water handle came off in my hand immediately upon use which means it was broke before but no one checked it or fixed it. Otherwise it’s a nice place
