Telephone not working No Toilet Paper Check in took a while because we had paid third party and front desk was trying to make us pay again.

Overall experience was good. Hotel was clean and service was good. Downside-Rooms were not ready and it was already after 5pm. Kept thier customers waiting for hours because they were short staffed. Apart from this it was good experience.

Property was clean, but Tv didn’t pick up reception, they didn’t have any clean towels due to shortage, and no hot water!!

We appreciate your patience and understanding concerning the maintenance issues with the pool - our #1 priority is the safety of our guests, so we unfortunately had to close the pool to address some serious concerns. Please allow us the opportunity to make it up to you the next time your travels bring you to Buda!

My room was great in size but temperature of AC was bad. Room had a musty smell. Room also need a lot of cosmetic work. Signs of mold in the restroom on ceiling. Upon check in staff wasn't very engaging and/or enthusiastic at all, she didn't even greet me or make eye contact. Upon eating breakfast around 10am me and my husband felt as though staff was rushing us to get out. She even turn off the light where the food was located while i was serving myself. Which in fact was extremely rude. I definitely will not be returning or recommending this location to friends nor family. For the price paid definitely feel cheated.

The comments and suggestions that you provided in your survey are most appreciated as they help us further analyze the service we offer and improve. I would like to apologize for the lack of service you received from us during your stay. Although breakfast is from 6 AM to 10 AM every morning, it is unacceptable to inconvenience a guest by turning off the lights while they are serving themselves. I will follow-up immediately regarding this issue. I would also like to apologize for our room amenities not meeting our high standards. We are due for renovations this year, so moving forward we will definitely consider your comments. We sincerely hope that you will provide us with another chance to provide you with great service. We want all of our guests to know without a doubt that we pride ourselves on being committed to your comfort.

Overall, this hotel was alright. The room was clean and they even upgraded me to a larger room for a cheaper rate. The problem I have with it is... when you check in the pre-authorize your card for your entire charge, which is fine, but when you check out, they charge you the full amount again. If you happen to stay over a holiday like I did and when traveling is at its peak, you will not get that pre-authorization charge lifted until 24-48 hours after banks reopen. And they tell you NOTHING about this at check-in or check-out. So if you decide to stay here, make sure you have allocated double the room fair until you can “get your money back”.

Great stay! Very comfy! Easy to get to. Only problem was the carpet. It needed to be cleaned. Had a section that felt sticky when you walked on it.

Great Hotel. Great Location.

The hotel is located only two blocks off I-35 in Buda, Tx. It sits between Wal Mart and Cabelas. We couldn't ask for a better place to spend our three nights. The breakfast was great and the exercise room was clean and we'll equipped. The staff was very friendly. We will stay there again next time we visit our daughter and her family.
