New plumbing and kitchen, new bathrooms, bar and Poolbiljart, infrared sauna, two terraces with tables and chairs and Terra oven, BBQ, pellet stove, Grose own parking etc. The house is situated on the outskirts of the village right at the forest where you can walk and super mountain biking. In 10 minutes you are in Brilon or Willingen. There kan you everything you could want on vacation. On the site you can see everything.

Amazing place to stay short drive from Winterberg and Welling. The host and house is livery very well stocked kitchen. Has everything one needs for a break from busy city life with friends and family.

Älteres Haus mit Grundmängeln
Wir haben gerade ein langes Wochenende mit 13 Personen in diesem älteren Objekt verbracht - unsere Eindrücke sind also noch sehr present. Unser erster Eindruck war ansprechend, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, Küche - Wohnraum und Bäder frisch renoviert und mit allem Grundinventar sehr ausreichend ausgestattet! Sahnehäubchen des Hauses ist sicher die Kellerbar mit Billiardtisch und Infrarotsauna, so konnte sich die Gruppe gut nach unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen aufteilen. Weiterer Vorteil des Hauses ist ein Schlaraum im Erdgeschoss, da wir zwei 80-jährige Großeltern auf unserem Familienwochenende dabei hatten, welche nicht die Treppen steigen mussten! ABER: Das Haus scheint eine typische Kapitalanlage eines niederländischen Inhabers zu sein, welches von einer herzlichen Reinigungskraft vor Ort betreut wird - eine Person für die Instanthaltung und die typischen Hausmeistertätigkeiten fehlt gänzlich. So sind wir am Donnerstag Abend angeseist und fanden ein ausgekühltes Haus vor, welches sich nach dem Hochdrehen der Heizkörper nicht erwärmen wollte, da die Heizung defekt war. Dies wurde am nächsten Tag dann durch eine Fachfirma behoben und wir konnten 20Std nach Ankunft das Haus aufwärmen und duschen. Vor dem Beziehen der Schlafräume im ersten Stock mussten wir erstmal den Flur wischen, weil der dortige Heizkörper leckte, ein Eimer unterm Ventil verhinderte schlimmeres. Die dritte Toilette im Keller "war ausser Betrieb" und der Küchenwasserhahn mangelhaft montiert.

Erg leuke vakantiewoning voor een grotere groep mensen. Super leuk verblijf gehad. Alleen jammer dat in advertentie niet vermeld staat dat er nog schoonmaakkosten en energiekosten achteraf betaald moeten worden!

Grootouders, Kinderen kleinkinderen kunnen goed verblijven in dit huis, met ruimte voor recreatie.
1-4 maart, voorjaarsweer, fijn terras met bbq plek en uitzicht op natuur en heuvel. Aan rand van dorp, leuk gelegen. Goed parkeren voor paar autos. Zeer compleet ingericht, tevens zeer nette badkamers. Leuk is sauna, biljart en bar op de benedenverdieping! Meubilair niet erg modern maar huis voelt fijn en helemaal prima!! Uitstap gemaakt naar Brilon en Diemelsee. Prettig verblijf.

Fijn verblijf met alles ruim aanwezig. Rustig gelegen.
Prima verblijf. Leuke bar met pooltafel om de natte dagen door te komen. Sauna is prima maar helaas geen Finse uitvoering.

Leuk vakantie huis van alle gemakken voorzien
Het was een prima vakantiehuis voor ons gezin, 2 grootouders, 4 ouders, twee jongvolwassenen en een kleinkind van 5. Ondanks het slechte weer hebben we ons goed vermaakt met spelletjes en de poolbiljart tafel in de kelder. Op 1e kerstdag prima gegeten bij rest. van Soest.
