A quiet, stylishly furnished holiday home (50 m²) in a modern half-timbered house (ideal for both business and leisure trips). The apartment (ground floor) has a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and dinette, you have access to the garden with a barbecue, a small kitchen (well-equipped with stove/oven, microwave, raclette set, etc), a bathroom (shower) with a towel warmer and a bedroom with a double bed (parquet floors in the rooms, tiles in the kitchen and bathroom). The apartment is ideally suited to accommodate 1 to 5 persons. High-quality bed linen and towels included. TV, DVD, HiFi system provided, internet access via W-LAN can be provided upon request. Pets are allowed only on request.

...eingerichtet mit einigen wunderschönen alten Dingen, wahnsinnig vielen tollen Büchern ... wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Garten nur für Feriengäste ist toll. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Ideal für naturnahe Erlebnisse
Die gepflegte Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und mit antiken Komponenten eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind unaufdringlich und sehr nett. Leider konnte ich den schönen Garten mit Grill und Hängematte Ende Februar nicht genießen. Die FeWo diente als Basis für Fahrradtouren. Das Fahrrad konnte nicht Rahmenfest angeschlossen werden, aber versteckt abgestellt und in Obhut der lebhaften und liebevollen Haushündin, hatte ich ein sehr sicheres Gefühl. Zum Radfahren eine ideale Lage. Schnell ist man naturnah in den Flutungsflächen der Wümme und den ausgedehnten Moorgebieten um Worpswede. Umgekehrt erreicht man Bremen über zwei Fahrradstraßen, die unmittelbar und elegant in die Innenstadt führen. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

Bremen ist eine Reise wert
Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund für 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Karin Gastell /Dr. U. Sorg um Bremen und das Umland per Auto, per Fahrrad und zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen in einer Wohnung (ideal) für zwei Personen, in der alles vorhanden war, was Individualisten und Selbstversorger erwarten. Es gab immer wieder nette Unterhaltungen mit der Vermietern und auch Bremen-Tipps. Als Ausgangspunkt in die Wümmeniederungen, nach Worpswede und Fischerhude kann die Wohnung ihr Plus ausspielen. Die neuen Möglichkeiten des Deutschlandtickets, von Borgfeld direkt mit der Straßenbahn in die City von Bremen zu gelangen, hatten wir allerdings noch nicht genutzt. Obwohl man mit den Vermietern im selben Haus wohnt, ist für Privatsphäre in der Wohnung und im kleinen Gartenbereich gesorgt.

Für Individualisten
Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Charme in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus. In einem abgesperrten Gartenbereich konnte sich unser Hund frei bewegen. Wer es nicht „klinisch rein“ braucht und etwas unkonventionell haben möchte, ist mit der Wohnung gut bedient. Wir würden das Objekt wieder wählen.
