Check in was terrifiying. Booking code I was sent did not work. No receptionist was there until 5pm. It was 0 degree outside and I had to to wait more tham an hour for the receptionist to come. If they have a partntime receptionist then they have to make sure that the booking code theysend for self check in should work. Terrible experience.

Hotel was fine and in aconvenient location. No access to underground parking garage until you are checked in, and no information on this on the website. Otherwise it did the trick.

Perfect city stay
Perfect hotel for a city stay. The parking underneath the hotel is really convenient and the city center is within walking distance. Of course it is B&B style with minimum staff and a code for everything, but is has everything one needs. The city center with many restaurants is only 10-15 walking minutes away. I would and will use it again.

Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung über die Feiertage, das wurde aber bei der Buchung oder dem Check-in nicht erwähnt. Sehr ärgerlich, weil ich mit neuen Handtüchern gerechnet hatte! Trotz fehlendem Service den vollen Preis bezahlen zu müssen ist echt eine Frechheit!

Das Hotel an sich ist gut, aber die Anreise ist eine Katastrophe! Ein Hinweis bei der Buchung auch über Fremdanbieter, dass man sich erst anmelden muss und dann in ein nicht ausgeschildertes Parkhaus fährt wäre wunderbar. Ein Schild mit der Aufschrift "Anmeldeparkplatz" würde ebenfalls helfen. Wenn man sich nämlich erst einmal "verfahren" hat ist es mit den ganzen Einbahnstraße und Straßensperrungen eine unglaubliche Thematik wieder an den minikleinen "Anmeldeparkplatz" zu gelangen. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat die Situation toll gelöst, aber da war die Stimmung schon im Eimer und der Start des Aufenthalts war richtig schlecht!!!!!!! Glatte 6 für die Anreise, Lob für die Dame an der Rezeption die leider all die Wut abbekommen hat!
