Perfect stay
Very clean house with friendly staff at the hotel when picking up and returning keys. Perfect location to visit Harz Mountains attractions. Would highly recommend this house for other visitors and would use this house again if ever visiting Hartz again... THANK YOU

Haus riecht nach Rauch
Das Haus ist groß, sauber, und die Wäsche ist auf Hotelniveau. Leider riecht es im Untergeschoss stark nach Zigarettenrauch (vor allem im Badezimmer), dadurch war der Aufenthalt in dem Haus nicht so schön. Daran sollte unbedingt was getan werden...

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über 3 SZ eine Küche und ein großes WZ mit Essgelegenheit. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Schöner Aufenthalt für Leute die sich nicht zu 100% selbst versorgen wollen.
Das Haus hat uns an sich sehr gut gefallen. Es ist groß, hell, sauber, alles da was man braucht, wenn man sich nur zwischendurch selbst versorgen will. Es gab frische Handtücher, saubere Bettwäsche und beinahe ausreichend Geschirr. Wenn man sich allerdings selbst versorgen will, reicht es eben doch nicht ganz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Dann muss man etwas improvisieren, was ok war, wir aber von anderen Wohnungen anders kannten. Etwas gestört hat uns, das unter uns noch jemand wohnte. Das wussten wir vorher nicht und waren sehr erschrocken, als abends Geräusche zu hören waren. Auch der Geruch von Essen und Zigarettenrauch drang von unten in die Wohnung. Es wäre schöner gewesen das vorher zu wissen, damit man nicht an Einbrecher denkt. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn die Terrasse eine funktionierende Sonnenmarkise, einen etwas größeren Gartentisch und Auflagen für die Stühle gehabt hätte, so daß man mit 5 Personen hätte draußen die schönen wirklich ruhigen Sommerabende genießen können. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung gut gefallen.

Super Wochenende
Auch in diesem Jahr war es ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende mit der Familie in einem tollen Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Natur direkt vor der Haustür. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem,was man braucht ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für unsere Familie. Und sollte doch einmal etwas fehlen, kann man sich jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden. Die Terrasse läd zudem zu einem gemütlichen Grillabend ein. Also ein tolles Harzerlebnis.
